Listening to Faith Hill - There You'll Be (Pearl Harbor Soundtrack)

I have to look beyond "good looks", "a great figure", "wealth", "educational level", "personality" in a girl. Not that I am suddenly desperate of sorts. But it an understanding/revelation that dawned upon me whilst getting little fitful rest last night. No doubt these factors are important in their own right.

But think of it. They are rather shallow criterion for a person I would spend the rest of my life with. In view of a life-long committment, which is in my opinion, rather hard to find in a man. It would be wiser to just look for three factors in a woman. Basically personal preferences of character attributes: Understanding, Caring, Loving.

Having a partner who is very understanding is certainly a good foundation to build excellent communication with. Whether the communication be verbal or otherwise. It certainly helps build trust within a relationship as well. And it will also help couples to love each other better when they understand more of their opposite halves. Obviously, each peson's quirks and idiosyncracies can be better complemented and certainly accepted.

Then it is the character attribute of care. Care is like love being expressed. What is love if it not be expressed? Then it is meaningless. That also means (for the men), no shouting, no hitting, or public rebuking of your partner for mistakes. That also includes looking out for each other and taking care of each other down to the smallest detail.

Then there's love. I won't elaborate. Let your imagination(s) guide you. Love is an open ended question more complex than the combined mathematical theorems of general relativty and quantum physics. Just my two cents worth.

I just want everyone who read up to here to know that my mei is too nice it hurts.
