Listening to Hillsongs - You Said
I'm very sad. There are some upcoming evangelistic services in church. The gospel. The message of salvation. The greatest miracle to have ever happened on this earth - that God sent His one and only begotten Son to die on the Cross of Calvary for our sins.
In the area of soul-winning. I have to confess that I am a big disaster. I am but an unprofitable servant. Not once have I brought a single soul to the Lord. What kind of Christian am I when I do not even do the Great Comission. I have few friends already. Worst. Either they are all Christians. Or they are simply die-hard atheists or just simply, people whom preaching the gospel to will land one in jail.
Its a dilemma. "How much will you sacrifice of yourself, for the sake of other people's eternity?" I am deeply saddened in my heart. Everytime there is an evangelistic outreach. I cannot even think of a single person to bring to church. Not even one. I've always desired to bring more people to the Lord. But honestly, I am clueless about winning them over.
Unlike Rev. Charles, I do not exactly have the Christian Lifestyle that will shine for Jesus. Nor do I have a fantastic or wonderful testimony to share with non-believers. Even then, I feel like I'm rotting in this area of spirituality. I am very dissapointed in myself. But I don't know what I ought to do, when considering that I already have such a tiny pool of friends. I can't even think of ONE single person whom I know will come to church and come to the Lord.
Sigh. I am burdened in my spirit. I am saddened as well. I love God. But sometimes, it is just so hard just to obey Him.
