Listening to Delirious - I Could Sing of Your Love Forever

I saw IT today! The advertisement I've been waiting for!

The Sony DSC-F828 is finally out on the market for about 1899 dollars. Plus all the additional stuff like flash, conversion lenses, polarizing lenses and extra batteries and memory cards. I expect it to cost almost 2700 dollars. Now where do I get so much money?

That's alot of money to save up for during National Service.

Then again, I'm also torn between the Canon EOS 300D. And it has interchangeable lenses as well! Plus its goes for about 2200 altogether. I'm really not sure which one is better. The canon looks really plain whilst the sony looks aggresively cool in its jet black magnesium casing.

Its going to be a hard decision to make. Sony or Canon? I'm quite suprised that Nikon isn't even in the picture. Perhaps a Nikon for those run of age old antique type of manual cameras. But for digital? I'm not sure which one is better. Something tells me that the Sony one will fare better in the long run. But then again, I really don't know.

Now to see if I can get someone to buy it for me. If not, I'll have to just save up to it.

Then NICO and I can go snap pictures during our off days, experiment with photography, photo editing and then upload them to the web for everyone to see. A photodiary of sorts? Perhaps.
