Just stuck surfing the net today. Woke up late cos it'll be night shift. So sad - I can't talk to MAGGIE even though she's online! Of all times, why must she bid for her university course modules NOW! Why not tonight when I'm not around!

Call me self-centered or selfish, but sometimes, that's how I really feel about her. It's like she's so near and yet so far. Alas. Some things in life are just not mean to me.

Somehow ended up on this site. Singapore Paranormal Investigators. I was just surfing through webshots.com for some nice scenery pictures and then there was a entire gallery of the pictures taken by our very own local paranormal investigators! Never knew that we had so many interesting sites in highly urbanised Singapore.

It's very interesting a site. Ended up surfing through it for about 2 over hours today. Can really connect with the "Mt Pleasant Cemeter" that is just next to Tracom. Apparently, its not a Muslim Cemetery as I was told in camp, but rather a CHINESE one. So much for the rumour that "you're not allowed to bring pork into Tracom because this place was once a muslim cemetery". It seems that the cemetery is the 2nd OLDEST in Singapore. Built in like 1870, the oldest being the one at Fort Canning - built in the 1840s. Never knew so much about our "hidden history". It seems that lots of history can be traced back to at least the time of the Japanese Occupation.

The old Changi General Hospital has a torture chamber in it! My goodness! Haw Par Villa has some "hidden history" and I didn't even know there was a place called "Devil's Bend" at upper Thompson Road. So go check out the site. It's quite interesting. I think an open mind would be good. Although I probably won't believe in most of what's written there, it's always good to see different perspectives of the same situation.

Oh yeah. I think that haunted house at Hillview looks BEAUTIFUL! The older the house the nicer! Hopefully, someday if I'm rich enough, I can buy down an ancient Black and White Colonial Bungalow and then restore it to its former glory. Inside,I'll have ancient chinese antique furniture. In contrast. They'll be the modern convieniences and all the kinds of electronic items that I can't live without.

Or perhaps, that old chinese styled house would be suitable too. Whatever it is, it has to be OLD. The older the better. =)
