Yay! finished Coast Guard training early today! My instructor's so kind! Its like he cancelled the mandatory physical training session that we always have just before we book out and let us off 25 MINUTES early! Notwithstanding, the bus was waiting for us! haha and I only needed to wait like 5 over minutes for bus no 61 to send me home. Not a bad way to make it out in style. However, I just didn't sign out on the log book, so I'm afraid that I might be charged AWOL (absent without official leave). Heck, it doesn't matter because MR Kadir didn't sign it either! =)
Today at Brani was quite ok I'd say, nothing much more than some fire fighting stuff, safety stuff and first aid. They're like equipping us mentally to cope with anything wrong that might actually just happen during our attachments tomorrow. Who knows? One can never really predict the future and what's routing may not be routine when I'm on patrol attachment tomorrow. I certainly hope to learn the ropes fast and earn some much needed favor with the senior officers.
Class was very boring but at least I learnt something interesting from Senior Staff Sergeant Willie Azman, he said, "Don't play around with love", well, he's an old man with 31 years of service in the Force and is due to retire like next month or something? Perhaps if many people can see from his perspective today, there wouldn't be so many break ups and shattered/broken hearts around.
I've realised that when I'm wearing my No.4, or Walk-Out attire and I'm on a bus, people are somehow reluctant to sit next to me. Not only that, its like they try to avoid eye contact with me as well when they realise that I'm a policeman (just that I have no warrant card!), well, my belt is similar to that of the Special Forces (Police Task Force, STAR team, Special Operations Command) so I guess in a sense it strikes "fear" into the hearts of many people.
I saw LYNETTE on the way home on the bus, of course she didn't recognise me! She doesn't even know me! Lynette was the SECRETARY of the 26th ACJC STUDENT'S COUNCIL, not just a big shot, she's pretty and very nice too! I'll post her picture somewhere down there for all to see. =) I really admire her, and true enough, my good buddy Matthew, who is also her classmate, confessed to liking her as well! She's cute!
After i came home, I ran my 2.4 around my estate. Didn't manage to complete 2.4 km though, maybe about 1.6 only? I started becoming breathless with chest pain after that so I decided to stop. IPPT trial test is next week saturday, If I fail it then I'm like gonna have to report back for RT (Remedial Training) and I really don't want my saturdays burnt since I've to go church and stuff. Hopefully after running everyday for the next week I'll be able to scrape a pass on the actual day itself.
Ya so I'm just like waiting for dinner, gonna log on for a while later and sleep early since its gonna be along day tomorrow for me as well.
How much can I type with a 100k limit? seems quite little, I think with the volumes that I'm typing now, I ought to just cancel the subscription and do the blog manually myself and update it everyday. I'm gonna have to start asking dad for his credit card so I can charge 3 US dollars to it... sighZ... BLOGGER!!!!
